Short and Long Term Boarding
Our board guests have the most fun around! The indoor space of our boarding kennel runs provide generous room for kennel beds, as well as food & water. All our individual outdoor dog runs feature special pea gravel for gentle footing & easy clean up.
If you would like to give your pup some extra play and love, we offer special Wellness Options you can purchase such as extra walks, ball time, toys, and cuddle time.
We always keep our play groups under 10 dogs & make sure everybody is having fun. We never put pups in playgroups they feel uncomfortable with.

Before Your Stay
Take a Tour!
You may schedule a visit to the Happy Tails kennel. If you bring your dog we will make an initial assessment of your dog’s temperament & compatibility.
If your dog has a history of aggressive behavior or “problems” around new dogs or people, they may not be compatible for Group Play with other dogs, but would be okay for boarding with private walks &/or ball play.
Please go to our RESERVATIONS page to follow instructions on how to create a Paw Partner account and then you can schedule a tour.
Vaccination Requirements
For any dog staying at our facility we require Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations to be current unless a waiver is provided by a veterinarian. Please upload your dog(s) current vaccinations into our your Paw Partner account, and confirm that they are current before your dog arrives at Happy Tails.
For the safety of your dog and all our other pups, any dog arriving at Happy Tails without proof of vaccinations will not be able to stay.
Boarding Packages
How we calculate Boarding Charges
- We begin charges from the first day of Boarding whether you drop-off during our morning or afternoon hours.
- If you drop-off in the morning, then you will be charged one day of Boarding each morning thereafter.
- If you drop-off in the afternoon, then you will be charged one day of Boarding each afternoon thereafter.
- If you pick-up past your daily anniversary from your morning or afternoon drop-off time, then you will be charged for an additional day of Boarding.
- As a family run business, we have only afternoon hours on Sunday. If your dog(s) were previously dropped-off for their boarding during our morning hours, and then you chose to pick-up your dog(s) on Sunday during our afternoon hours, you will be charged for an additional day of boarding.
- Changes or cancellations within 30 days of stay during busy periods, including spring break, and any holidays receive customer credit only, not refunds.
Additional Charges
- Please note there is an additional charge of $20 if you arrive 15 minutes before or after you scheduled drop time.
- Any medication given will be charged $2/per administration or $4/day total.
Regular Indoor/Outdoor Run
$40 per night for single dog
- Add $30 for second dog
- Add $20 for 3 or more dog in same run
Your pup will have its own generous indoor and outdoor kennel run. All our private outdoor runs feature special pea gravel which provides easy clean up and natural footing.
Extra Large Indoor/Outdoor Run
$60 per night for single dog
- Add $30 for each additional dog
If your dog, or multiple dogs from the same household, would like twice as much Indoor space with a private outdoor run, then reserve early for one of our six Extra large Runs.
Day Camp for your Dog while Boarding
$15 a day per dog when purchased with any boarding
For great socialization and exercise, let your dog join the doggie daycare party between 9AM to 4PM.
Wellness For Your Dog While Boarding
For complete Wellness, healthy dogs require physical, mental, and emotional stimulation. We enjoy providing these optional add-on wellness services that give your dog the personal attention they need. These options can be purchased a la cart or through our wellness package add-ons when making your reservation on Paw Partner.

Bronze Happy Pup
$12 (plus $5 for each additional dog)
One mental, one physical, one emotional activity. A $15 value for $12.
Silver Happy Pup
$15 (plus $5 for each additional dog)
One mental, one physical and one emotional activity. Plus one additional activity from category of choice. A $20 value for $15.
Gold Happy Pup
$18 (plus $5 for each additional dog)
One mental, one physical and one emotional activity. Plus two additional activities from the categories of choice. A $25 value for $18.
A La Cart Options
Physical Stimulation
Dog Walk - $10
Up to 10 min on leash farm walk/run (approx one lap around the outer edge of our 12 acre field)
Potty Break - $5
Up to 10 min on leash farm walk around kennel area and field (to barn and back).
Ball Time - $5
Up to 10 min of fetch in our fenced in outdoor area or in the large field if your dog is safe off-leash.
Mental Stimulation
Frozen Treat Kong - $5
Your pup is given a frozen Kong filled with peanut butter.
Puzzle Toy - $5
Our puzzles have varying difficulty levels and are filled with treats.
Bully Stick - $5
Edible bone or pig’s ear. This is a favorite and provides lots of chewing for those pups that are bored.
Emotional Stimulation
Belly / Head Scratches - $5
Up to 10 min of playful affection from our loving staff, personalized for your pup.
Head and Body Massage - $5
Up to 10 min of relaxing touch from our caring staff, personalized for your pup.
Snuggle Time - $5
Up to 10 min of holding your dog so that they can feel closeness & connection to a loving human in your absence, personalized for your pup.
Pampered Pet Bath
Regular Bath: $20 Small Dog / $40 Large Dog
Deluxe Bath: Additional $35-$55 (includes nail trim)
* Please note if your dog is shedding and needs blow drying and brushing they will be charged for a Deluxe Bath.
Scrub down after a day of outdoor play! We reinforce this as a positive experience by giving chicken or treats of choice to your pet. If your pet does not have a positive experience we will not force any service. This is available for boarded and daycare pups. Add this option when you make your reservation on Paw Partner.
Reminder, if you chose to have your pet given a bath before your pick-up, it’s best that you plan for an afternoon pick-up schedule. Otherwise, for a morning pick-up with bath, your pet will probably get their bath the day before your pick-up.
